You made a lot of compelling points here. I agree with your stance that ivermectin isn't the solution, even if future high-quality clinical trials manage to show that it works against Covid-19. As you have said, no one or not many would be willing to take an ivermectin pill weekly to avoid/fight covid-19. Ivermectin certainly isn't a vaccine replacement.
