Yes, there’s early-onset dementia which is largely due to genetics if I’m not wrong or infections in some types of dementia. And dementia or Alzheimer’s dementia is also a lifestyle disease as some elderly don’t have it, and is preventable by exercise or a healthy diet. So I think it’s true that it’s not “a typical part of aging.”

But isn't it still age-related considering that age is one the biggest risk factor for Alzheimer's, even though it may not be the cause? Please correct me if I’m wrong.
