Yes, I saw your article about food and the brain. And yes, I’m aware of the powerful anti-inflammatory benefits Tumeric has, which should improve the brain inflammatory profile, in theory. But I haven’t research in detail about this — whether it applies to organisms. If yes, is the effect significant and the dose practical?

My take is that nutrition should be personalized for humans. Someone may not be able to absorb Tumeric, for example, or Tumeric may need other kinds of nutrients to activate its effects.
