But I haven’t research in detail about this — whether it applies to organisms. If yes, is the effect significant and the dose practical?
My take is that nutrition should be personalized for humans. Someone may not be able to absorb Tumeric, for example, or Tumeric may need other kinds of nutrients to activate its effects.
