Yeah, you have a point there. I didn’t cover non-specific inflammation, and I’ve added another sentence stating that it’s alright to take such anti-inflammatories after vaccination.
I think both the vaccine platform and the antigen trigger inflammation. For example, the mRNA vaccine’s lipid nanoparticles and the DNA vaccine’s adenovirus vector are also highly immunogenic. The inactivated vaccines without such platforms (and without adjuvants) seem to be less immunogenic. And thanks for your thoughtful comment too.
