Yeah, we know that the Covid-19 vaccines still reduce the risk of infection to some extent, although not as great as hospitalization or death. So, vaccinated people are less likely to get infected.

But once they do, they can spread covid as easily as the unvaccinated people in the early phase. We also know that the viral load drops faster in the vaccinated than unvaccinated people. Thus, in the later phase, vaccinated people are once again less likely to spread covid than unvaccinated people.
