Unfortunately, the study did not clarify what Covid vaccines the participants had.

As far as I understand it, the study examined two timeframes: vaccination at 42 days before death (model 1) and any time before death (model 2). In model 1, results showed that the vaccine was not associated with sudden death. But in model 2, results showed that the vaccine decreased odds of sudden death.

So, the timeframe from vaccination to death doesn't seem to be a serious bias in the study. I hope that helps but let me know if you have any other questions.
