There's no need to apologize. Your input is insightful! I knew our temperature is higher at around late afternoon to evening. That's the time people can usually exercise more effectively.

But I wasn't aware of that diurnal temperature can indicate when a fever is particularly worrisome. And I didn't know tachycardia comes before fever during an infection!
