The most common estimate I've heard is 10-30% of symptomatic Covid-19 cases, which could be higher in post-severe Covid-19. But if asymptomatic (including those never detected) cases are counted, I think the percentage would be 5-15%.

That said, I think pinpointing the exact incidence of long-Covid is tricky as I see various studies reporting various estimates.
