Thanks for your comment. Of the pathologists you mentioned, I’m only familiar with Dr Arne Burkhardt, where I saw one of his main reports a while ago. From what I remember, many scientists don’t find his report robust; for example, the methods of autopsy were not properly described, and the study design doesn’t have a control group.
