Thanks for your comment and question. I'm not familiar with the Cuban vaccine, unfortunately. But the Chinese (inactivated) and Russian (DNA/viral-vectored) vaccines are not mRNA based.

And mRNA vaccines are usually the most effective vaccines, including reducing transmission and deaths. But mRNA vaccines are also a victim of their own success. More effective vaccines are often more immunogenic, which may result in more adverse events.
