Thanks for the question. The CFR of Covid-19 only includes cases of Covid-19, not Covid-19-like symptoms. From what I understand, a case is defined by an infection (tested by RT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2) and symptoms of the disease (diagnosed Covid-19).
