I haven’t though but it seems counterintuitive to me. Wim Hoff’s method brings temporary stress (or adrenaline rush) and the vagus nerve is only activated during relaxation.

But like exercise, the body relaxes better afterwards (you sleep better, for example). So I’d assume so with the Wim Hoff’s method — that it benefits the vagus nerve after physiology exertion.
