Thanks for pointing that out. It seems that the CDC updated their website the next day after I published the article. Since the CDC info is brand new, I'm not sure if it will get critique, as what happened recently with Covid-19 death certificates.

Anyways, you can see the CDC's archieve here where they stated that the IFR of Covid-19 is 0.65%. (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/planning-scenarios-archive/planning-scenarios-2020-09-10.pdf)

I've also added a source from the WHO that suggests Covid-19 has an IFR of 0.5-1%. (https://www.who.int/news-room/commentaries/detail/estimating-mortality-from-covid-19)
