I remember they discussed about massive underreporting of vaccine side effects, possibly due to bias and stigma. I'm thinking of writing about this next, unless other topics take priority.
You also raised a thought-provoking point that people with impaired immune system may not be producing enough antibodies to neutralize the spike proteins from the vaccine, and this may pose some unknown consequences. On the one hand, the spike protein expression from the vaccines is only temporary, so long-term health effects are unlikely. On the other hand, it may explain why a tiny minority of immunocompromised people experience sudden onset health problems following vaccination. I guess it's very difficult to know for sure what's going on precisely at the molecular level, much more so when it comes to different biological conditions in every person.
