Thank you for your comment. I think the reason has to be with the number of deaths. Looking at the figure I presented, only the RCT of Sadoff (2021) recorded 16 deaths in the placebo group, whereas other RCTs recorded less than 5. As follows, the weight given to Sadoff (2021) is substantial at 24.8%, which probably drives the analysis to be statistically significant.
