I was also wondering the same thing, and I believe yes. After all, long-Covid won't happen without Covid. And the vaccines have a decent efficacy at preventing symptomati Covid (as a disease), but not really SARS-CoV-2 (as a virus). Thankfully, it is very rare for asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection to lead to long-Covid, as far as I know.
