The first number is more important since a person can't get hospitalized if he/she isn't infected. This means that the chance of hospitalization for Covid-19 in vaccinated people is less than 0.19%.
Yes, I've seen that lengthy EMA report and wrote about the biodistribution problem of mRNA and DNA vaccines. But the conclusion I made in those articles are that such biodistribution concerns are mainly theoretical, and their real-life significance pales in comparison to the actual threat of Covid-19.
