Thank you for showing me that article. Honestly, even I wasn't aware of the difference between case and infection fatality rates (CFRs vs IFRs).
While I'm not an epidemiologist, I think the real problem with Covid-19 is that it's highly contagious. So more exposure = more hospitalizations = more deaths.
