Thank you for sharing your experience. I think there're others like you, although the effects may not be as specific as yours. This field of non-specific effects of vaccines, where the immune reactions from vaccines somehow affect other organ systems, has been investigated before. I covered this topic in depth in an older Medium article (link below) if you're interested.

Some patients with long-covid have also reported improvements following vaccination, although there're others who reported worsening symptoms instead. Likewise, I've seen medical case reports of rare instances of sudden tumor regression and progression alike following vaccination.
