Sorry for the late response. Yea, I think Covid as a disease is mostly limited to the upper respiratory tract. But I'm not so sure if the same applies to SARS-CoV-2 as a virus, which has been detected in intestinal cells even in mild cases. Moreover, Wodarg cited a 2013 study for the statement that coronavirus infections are limited to the respiratory tract, but I think whether this citation is accurate can be debated, but I digress. Anyway, I might be overthinking about this. After all, it's true that over 90% of Covid-19 cases are non-severe.
