Oh, I didn't know hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin were accused of contributing to deaths of Covid-19 patients. For Ivermectin, I just read this article (link below) today, arguing that its efficacy in treating Covid-19 remains unconfirmed. So, I think that might be one reason for the reluctance of public health authorities to acknowledge Ivermectin as useful for Covid-19.

That said, I could be wrong. Would you mind sending me a link to the podcast, if you have any? I might want to give it a listen.
