Oh, I am not familiar with the Unix fortune program. And the increased prevalence of long-Covid in females, despite their stronger immune system, is probably due to their stronger inflammatory responses, which do not subside easily. I heard scientists proposed this theory before.

Yet older individuals with weaker individuals are also susceptible to long-Covid. So, I guess balance is key here.
