May I ask if you know there's a typical age-onset for insomnia? My mom had issues with sleeping pills and also decided to quit them due to dependence. Now, she just lives with insomnia, sleeping only 3-4 hours per day. My dad also had insomnia but he died young so I didn't get to ask the specifics.

But oddly, I never had issues with sleep. Maybe I'm genetically blessed or maybe I might develop insomnia later.
