If I have to bet, I’d say yes, that there are a lot more autopsies. But only some of them are published.

In science, we tend to publish positive findings more than null (i.e., no difference, no effect, null hypothesis) ones. I guess it could be the same with autopsied vaccinated cases, where there was nothing special to report, and thus scientists reserve their publishing resources for other studies. But note that this is just my speculation.
