I believe so, although I've not seen data looking at lifestyle differences between long-Covid and short-Covid.

From what I understand, lifestyle has a huge impact on immunology, although there are some rare instances where genetics may trump over lifestyle factors.

Still, healthy living will always be a plus in reducing risks of most diseases, including long-Covid in my view.
