Hmm, that's true. Perhaps we can't expect the same level of side effects from medical drugs and vaccines. But I still think the mRNA vaccine's common side effects are short-term and tolerable. While there are more severe side effects of mRNA vaccines like myocarditis, these are very rare and doesn't seem to outweigh the benefits of vaccines, at least in most cases. But this is what I think from what I've read and understood so far. New research might change things again.
