Hmm, maybe it's part of the post-Covid syndrome called long-COVID. I've heard that muscle weakness (presumably resembling Myasthenia gravis) is involved in Covid-19, which is probably due to autonomic nervous system dysfunction or chronic inflammation. And I'm not sure what LEM stands for though.
