Hmm, I think for vaccines, safety is one of their priorities. The Covid clinical trials and current distribution (in Europe) have been halted to investigate for any possible side effects. So I think it's difficult to think they have overlooked any hypothetical problems, including this LNP one, but of course, I could be wrong.
