First, I just wanted to say I'm glad that you got vaccinated, even with the AstraZeneca one. (My mom is scheduled to get the AstraZeneca vaccine too.)

I found this U.K. governmental report (link below) that compiled case series of adverse events from the AstraZeneca's vaccine. It seems that 122 cases of post-AstraZeneca vaccine conjunctival haemorrhage have occured as of August 2021 (page 14). Since this is a case series, there's no denominator (i.e., # of vaccine doses) form which we can calculate the % prevalence. But, thankfully, none of the 122 cases were fatal.

Please also note that this case series may not mean a causal relationship. As stated on page 1, "A report of a suspected ADR [adverse drug reaction] to the Yellow Card scheme does not necessarily mean that it was caused by the vaccine, only that the reporter has a suspicion it may have."

So, it's true that AstraZeneca can cause blood vessel problems in some cases, which authorities have acknowledged too. That said, I hope that your case will resolve soon without any more unnecessary complications.
