Based on this article (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/jth.14210), it seems that 4 out of 100 CVST patients experience CVST recurrence within a year. But as a commentor of my comment pointed out, my assumption that post-vaccine CVST is one-time event may be incorrect.
