As far as I know, post-covid means anything that occurs after covid, regardless of timeframe, and could mean many things other than covid. For example, it could be post-covid stroke or post-covid cough.

Long covid, on the other hand, is usually defined as symptoms lasting for at least 3 months post-covid. So, long covid occurs post-covid but not all post-covid conditions are long-covid, if that makes sense.
